Please note that a change of owner/keeper cannot be processed over the telephone but we can advise how to complete the process.

Not all vets register microchips and hand the paperwork back to the owners to deal with. Some vets keep registration paperwork for six months until they have a bundle to save on post, even though they can add the details online! Puppies imported into the UK are all microchipped but are not registered on any database anywhere, hopefully this is changing in April'16.
